- جميع منتجات ECLIPSOL يتم تصنيعها حسب الطلب بعناية واهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- تستغرق الطلبات عادة من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل للتصنيع قبل الشحن، حسب نوع المنتج وضغط الطلبات.
- قد تختلف مدة التوصيل حسب موقع العميل وظروف شركة الشحن.

Return & Refund Policy
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in cases of manufacturing defects or damaged items.
Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging if available.
Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless there is a clear manufacturing or quality issue.
Approved refunds will be issued through the same payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs in standard return cases, while ECLIPSOL covers shipping costs if the issue is caused by a defect or mistake from our side.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال
- يمكن استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو تلف بالمنتج.
- يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مستخدم، مع وجود التغليف الأصلي إن وجد.
- لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات المصنوعة أو المطبوعة حسب الطلب إلا في حالة وجود مشكلة واضحة في الجودة أو التصنيع.
- في حالة الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع خلال مدة تتراوح من 3 إلى 10 أيام عمل حسب البنك أو شركة الدفع.
- يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالات الاسترجاع العادية، بينما تتحمل ECLIPSOL تكلفة الشحن في حالة وجود عيب أو خطأ من جانبنا.
